Licensing

All evaluations downloaded from the WM Software web site are the full working versions of the product and have a 30-day free trial period, after which the software will expire. All software programs written by WM Software Corp. are licensed exclusively by WM Software Corp. You are free to trial and test the software within this timeframe. Because of this, purchased products do not have a money-back guarantee. If you have any doubt about the product, please be sure to evaluate before purchasing - if you run into technical problems or need support during the evaluation, please contact our support department. The evaluations are registered (converted from evaluation to retail) by entering an unlock code after a license (or licenses) is purchased. No software is sent out via CD-ROM or any other media after purchase - delivery of the software is 100% electronic. We provide technical support for the evaluation versions of our software. You can order the software online from our website either during or after the trial period by filling out our order form.

Reselling
Licenses sold are not-for-resale licenses, unless the purchaser is an approved WM Software reseller. All licenses re-sold without WM Software knowledge or approval will not be supported and will be subjected to the terms and laws within our license agreement.

Maintenance
Where indicated, yearly support maintenance agreements are available for 20% per license, which gives free technical support and free major/minor version upgrades.

Upgrading
Upgrades to the same version but different build number are available at no charge. Upgrades from a previous version of the same software and license count to a new version (i.e. 5.0 to 5.1) are 40% off. If the software is purchased up to 60 days prior to a product’s release date, customers are eligible to receive the new version at no cost. If customers decide to get the free upgrade to the latest version, then the software needs to be upgraded within 60 days after the product’s release.

If the product is the same version (i.e. 6.5 to 6.5) and the same or newer build (i.e. 128 to 128+), upgrading the software will not require it to be re-registered.
If the product is a newer version than what you purchased (i.e. 6.5 to 6.7), and your company has an active maintenance contract with WM Software, the software can be re-registered automatically from within the software.

If the product is a newer version than what you purchased (i.e. 6.5 to 6.7), and your company does not have an active maintenance contract with WM Software,
the software can be updated and register manually after paying the upgrade license cost.

Discounts
We offer a 20% discount for government and educational institutions.

Unlock Codes
The unlock code used in our software is an anti-piracy technology designed to verify that the product has been legitimately licensed. Unlocking codes are not required for licenses acquired by a customer through our enterprise licensing programs. This lock/unlock key codes ensure that the software cannot be registered on more than one computer at a time. After purchasing our software, an id/password is sent via email to the customer. The customer then uses this id/password to register the software. If the customer does not have an Internet connection, they can simply send us the computer code and we send back the unlock code.

Sales Tax
Any sales and use taxes are the purchaser's responsibility in their state and/or country of domicile. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
