ShutdownPlus Server

ShutdownPlus keeps your servers secure, reliable, and maintained so you don't have to. ShutdownPlus Server excels in automatically stopping server applications (Exchange, Oracle, DB2, etc) before the server is shutdown or restarted. Typically, it takes quite a while for the operating system to restart/shutdown if the server applications are not stopped beforehand. ShutdownPlus Server also excels in maintaining a secure console and preventing users from accidentally restarting the computer. Don't just Shutdown...ShutdownPlus!

ShutdownPlus Server comes with built in security by logging off and/or locking idle servers. ShutdownPlus runs programs at user Shutdown, Restart and Logoff, which is more efficient than running programs at user logon. ShutdownPlus Server is designed for customers running Windows Server that would like to increase the security of the server, avoid accidental restarts, schedule planned automatic restarts, and stop services or server applications in a particular order before restarting.

• Sessions can have a logon time limit.

Management
Each server is configured separately, enabling the administrator to gain fine control. An Import/Export option allows settings to easily be replicated.
