Use this calculator to determine how many member servers a ShutdownPlus Rolling Restart master/controller server can restart in a given timeframe.

Timeframe in minutes: Restart servers timeframe in minutes. Typical time is 8pm to 6am (10 hours).
Minutes a server takes to perform a restart: This is the time from selecting the Restart option, thru restarting, until the server comes online.
Time in minutes to wait for users to dropoff of the server: This includes idle logoffs and users logging off by themselves. ShutdownPlus Rolling Restart disables logons while waiting for users to logoff.
% of servers that haven't restarted after the first loop: While waiting for users to drop off, this is the percentage of servers that were skipped after the first Rolling Restart queue of servers is processed.
% of servers that haven't restarted after the second loop: After the looping through the Rolling Restart queue twice, this is the amount of servers left that still haven't been restarted.

Member servers per each master server: If Rolling Restart goes through three loops to get all servers restarted, and users are on all of the servers for the full time waiting for them to dropoff, this is a fairly accurate number. If Rolling Restart can get the servers restarted faster than waiting the full "dropoff" minutes, then this number will be substantially higher. Multiple master servers will double, triple, etc, the amount of servers restarted in the given timeframe.
