You moved your LAS server to another computer. Now some clients will not activate.

When you move a working installation of our LAS software to another computer, some WM Software programs might not be able to activate.

This is most typically because of DNS issues (i.e. DNS not getting updated on the client computer, duplicate records in the DNS server, or SRV record not updated).

You can run an nslookup to see if it’s being listed properly on the computer that won’t register:

nslookup -type=all  _wmslas._tcp

Also make sure the DNS records are scavenged/cleaned for the LAS entry – there could be duplicates.
