Upon any purchase of multi-year support or subscription licenses, the purchaser (reseller, distributor, or end customer) agrees to pay the full cost of the entire term of the agreement. WM Software has a 'no cancellation or termination' policy, meaning the obligation to pay the full amount remains binding regardless of any cancellation or termination of use by the purchaser or end user of the support or perpetual or subscription licenses prior to the expiration of the agreed term. No refunds or pro-rata amounts shall be payable by WM Software upon such cancellation or termination of use of the software licenses, and the purchaser is responsible for the full payment of the remaining balance of the agreed term, which shall become due and payable immediately upon cancellation.
